AVI's D-1, apparently has the approval of John (GW).
I've never been much of a sheepskin guy, but this jacket has won me over.
Absolutely love it! Received a lot of wear since received.

Btw, had the B-6, but prefer the D-1
More comfortable, warmer, better fit. Prefer the D-1's windflap.

I also like the style of the D-1 better than the B-6, but for me a Frankenstein made from the back and sleeves of the D-1, front and collar of the B-6 and windflap of the D-1 would be ideal.
