Absolutely DD

Here is one from a few years ago, which I think you referenced... my "What If" Buco was still a going concern... this one marketed as the J-110(D)

Jinkies, what are the details on that jacket DD? hide, etc? That looks great. I love the two-tone too, but I'm not keen on the angled pocket area. Just too old to be that bold

ROFLMAO! I understand completely

The details on this one are.

3 oz Horween HH (combo, chrome tanned, semi-aniline and pigment finish)
Waldes Zips from Japan
Lining in heavy Cotton Drill (or Red/Black Buffalo Plaid wool if desired.)

I thunk that I saw different hides, but wasn't sure with these old peepers. That's awesome DD. I have to say that between this and the Thruston/Aero Buco, I see more folks getting retro with a cool moto jacket.

Thanks for posting those pics DD. That's the one I was talking about…great looking jacket; unfortunately I'd look like a complete jabroney in that style but I think the styling is dynamite. In the interim, I'll rock my racer as it's surprisingly warm in a weird way. I've worn it already in a surprising range of temps. I think the fact that the hide is simply non-breathable makes it warm once you get moving. Hey DD, is that horsehide 3.5 oz or lighter? I know my jacket weighed over 5 lbs. but wasn't sure if it's still a 3 oz. horsehide or not. In any case, that weight is perfect for me because I don't have the patience to sit in stiffness for very long.

DD,

That is actually about 3.25 oz that you have there. Amazingly soft and comfy considering its weight.
