Does anyone know if a hat size 4 1/2 is indicative of an earlier form of European hat sizing? Are any charts available?
Thanks for any info in advance.

    4 1/2 is a size 7.

    Um, I think that's all I know.

There was a thread that laid it all out somewhere, but it might have been on the old Fedora Lounge.

Thanks guys, that tells me I'm not gonna bid on this great looking fedora. I'm a 7 5/8, and that's too big a stretch.
