It would probably fit a small 7 1/2 without stretching as I am 23 inches and it's loose on me without padding.

Not at the moment. My Indy hat is that size and brown but I'm not ready to part with it yet.

Odd...I don't see it there at all.

I think once someone puts a regular bid on it the BIN goes away if it is a certain percentage of the total.
