I decided to reshape my Snowy River's brim today. When I got the hat I was suprised at how much of a roll the sides had. It really didn't look anything like the picture I had seen on the websites. I just turned the hot water water on in the shower, soaked it good, and went for it. I wouldn't have taken this chance with my other hats, but there was no way I was going to wear this thing shaped as it was. It was a lot easier then I thought it would be be, and it took the new shape very easy. I hung it up to dry out, and now it looks great. Now that I know how easy the felt reshapes I may put a new style bash in my Riverina. I want to put a Montana peak (Gus) type bash in the crown, and turn the brim down front, and back. On a side note I had mentioned in a previous post about wanting an unlined hat. My Snowy that came directly from Austrailia came unlined.
