Anyone wants to buy two pairs of Aero’s cord pants? Cinch back, no belt loop, very heavy duty. Need suspenders. They are sized 35”-36” waist, hemmed with cuff Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
For reference I’m six foot one, 35 waist for jeans and trousers, sometimes 34” Carhart, sometimes 36 depends on how bloated I am. I don’t have long legs, so for normal pants I go for 33” length. When I stand straight, these two pairs end just below my ankle bones. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
These are BP135 each, I only tailored them but almost didn’t get to wear. $200 shipped for both is pretty good Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The inseam is 33 inches right? From crotch to end of leg? Too many super deals now, not looking to spend that close to retail.
I don't personally own any Aero textile clothing (yet) but I do own one of their leather jackets. (I purchased it slightly used through here, and if you search around on TFL a lot of people will tell you this is a great way to get a quality piece at a very reasonable price.) The quality is impeccable, so I would suspect their other products are well-made as well. If these were in my size I would be extremely interested. That being said, I don't have a dog in the fight. Factoring in the exchange rate of GBP to USD this represents a discount of ~45%. Plus shipping is included, and already tailored to size, so probably more like 55-60% off. I wouldn't consider that close to retail. With all due respect I think this is a more than fair offering, but obviously my perspective of value differs from yours.
I totally understand, there are super deals out there and I live in Florida so I factor amount of use in the equation.
Yes it is a very good price. It should be said that potential buyers commenting on price is a bit taboo and rude in my opinion, especially when you are a noob, and triple the case when you’ve commented on literally every current offering in the classified section. This is a fantastic deal by a seller with a long history here. Strange to me he should have to justify anything to a seemingly very impatient buyer whose membership is in its infancy and whose contributions are...? GLWS @regius
Thank you folks! No offense was taken, I’m generally very open minded-hearted when it comes to selling (I work in a sales and trading business). Pants really are all about sizing. The inseam, measured from crotch to cuff, is 28”, as I did a “conservative” hemming. So please keep this in mind. I’ll post measurement photos on the blue pair soon Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Very good of you. Remember, folks, if you don't like a price on classifieds, you can always pm to see if the seller is open to negotiation - or just move on. The quality of Aero's trousers is outstanding; I've yet to handle a superior cloth anywhere else, and they look great. Be warned, there's no vanity sizing, though!
