This is a really gorgeous cordovan horsehide motorcycle jacket. I really like it but as I don't ride anymore I am letting it go.

It Needs a New Main Zipper!!

The jacket was made in 2023 and other than the zip is in excellent condition.

Asking $450.00 PayPal F&F

Hey OTH!

Can you provide a bit more info on the main zip issue? Very interested in the jacket and would love to know current state of the main.

Take care,

KS

Yes, I bought it knowing it might have an issue but thought if I used parafin on the zip it would glide easier and may solve the problem. It did work for awhile but it finally gave up the ghost recently. Essentially one can zip it up and it soon gives way and the teeth split and it opens up. Personally I think Aero uses too small a zip for these jackets, while most work fine this #5 zip just gives way too easily. I spoke with Dena at Leather Care Specialist and she suggested a Number #8 or #10 as a replacement.

Are the zipper teeth damaged or is it just a damaged slider do you think?

It’s kinda short for me but I’d be all over it if I didn’t have one in brown. Nice jacket
