I'm looking to free up some hat money in search of a Tawny Fed IV, as I think that color would work for me better than the dark brown.
This hat has very minimal wear. I'd call it 90% or higher compared to new. And that's being conservative. The felt has softened and smoothed out since I bought it a year ago. It reshapes easily with steam. Nice tall crown with straight sides.
Some size info: I'm between a 7 3/8 and 7 1/2, and this fits nicely. It might be a little big for a true 7 3/8 and would probably work just fine for a true 7 1/2. A tiny bit of padding, and a 7 3/8 could wear this just fine.
