Graphite Grey . . . This was a special edition, limited run . . .

The Long Story is - I set out to order a Fed in mid-grey (Carbon) this spring, which is only offered in the Imperial felt (lower grade). But when I called, the cute young lady on the phone (at least she sounded cute to me ) told me they were out of stock, and it would be 6 to 8 weeks. She did say they had a limited edition in the Heritage series, so I bought one.

It is a beautiful hat . . . just way to dark a grey for me.
I hemmed and hawed about whether to send it back . . . and obviously left it far too long

That might be to your advantage.
