I'm selling a San Antonio , an OR clone, I scooped up an antique shop, despite the fact it's about 3 sizes too big! The size tag is gone and the production tag is so worn away, I believe it said 7 3/8, however it feels like a 7 1/2, maybe even 5/8. The hats definitely seen better days, it's got some marks on the crown that I'm not sure what could be, the liner is rather loose, and the sweat appears to have been glued back in a couple spots. The ribbon and brim binding have aged to a pretty cool gold. Otherwise the felt seems to be in great shape, no moth nibbles to be found . I'd like to get 40 dollars plus 12 shipping if I can.
It's surprisingly difficult to be 100% on but I'd say stains. They just seem to be on the surface almost like the hat was brushed up against something wet. A gentle sanding or sponging might work
I'll take it! I'm the former Mr. Lucky of this forum. But can't seem to log in anymore. Not sure how to go about this, but I do want the hat.
