Very good condition. I don't see the 'Sanford' model on their website so it may not be made anymore. Large size 14! These originally sold for around $300 when new.
The leather is very nice, just a few minor scuffs here and there. The sole appears to have been replaced at some point in time with a rubber "Cat's Paw" sole. There is almost no wear on the new sole
