Bought last spring and both have been washed twice each per Tilley instructions. Both in size 7 5/8. No defects, I have just been wearing a cotton duct T5 Tilley since 2004 for summer weather and prefer it. Photos on request. $40 dollars each plus $5 shipping, or $80 for both, shipping included.
