FS: vintage (?) material

I don't know the the age of these materials but they were found in a group of vintage tablecloths and the like.

3 yards x 42" of classic gray striped cotton seersucker. No stains, holes, moth bites, rips or odors.

3.5 yards x 60" of black fleck wool material. I'd call this light to medium weight fabric. Again, I can find no holes, moth nips, stains, rips or odors.

Would make a great sport jacket or pair of '50s Hollywood trousers.
