I rescued this dress from the thrift store, it's been there for months with no one to love it.
Only tag reads "French Look by Wings". I believe its rayon.
Dress is a beautiful golden color with beautiful lacing detail at the bust, half length sleeves with a button at each sleeve, and key hole lace at the bottom of the skirt.
Measurements are as follows, taken flat. Waist (has elastic) unstretched 9 1/2 strectched 18 (had my daughter try it on, her waist is 33((she is about a jrs 3)) and it was a few inches bigger on her), bust 17.
Bodice length is 16 inches, skirt length is 26 1/2, overall dress length is 42.5 inches.
