As shipping and tax for goods from the US can be prohibitive I sought for a European dealer and found Village Hats.
The Hat Jack is 20 GBP and shipping to Denmark was 7 GBP. Its of course a lot more than the US price but still lower after shipping, tax and VAT.
They advised me that they didn't have the size medium in stock, so I ordered a large which they claim is for 60 cm and upwards but it will happily go down to 56.5 cm on the largest circumference(its a little conical)
Just dust it off, before inserting it in your very expensive hat, there was a little bit of sawdust on it. No problem for me, as I used my 4 $ Chinese testhat.
