Haven't been around much lately, but I thought of the good people here when I saw this photo in one of today's local newspapers:

How 'bout those happy faces? Like Steve Martin said about banjos: Look how many problems we could solve if we just gave everybody a hat.

(I didn't know there was a "National Hat Day". If it's been mentioned here before, I missed it.)
