You'd get a better idea of how they're supposed to look if you corrected the shapes of the crowns. As-is, it looks like they were on the bottom of the stack for a while and got mis-shaped as a result. I like them both; I think the shape of the dark gray Herringbone suits you a bit better, but the color of the brown one is a better match for your complexion and hair/beard color.

How do I correct the shape?
The crowns of flat caps such as these are supposed to have that sort of rounded "muffin top" shape, so I'd start by pushing them out to that shape from the inside with your fingers. If the creases remain I'd try dampening the cloth with cold water (Harris Tweed is wool), smoothing them out and refining the shape, then set them aside to dry at room temperature.
