A lot gets written here in the forum about Akubra and its many styles of hats.
However, one obvious model that is missing from the company's offering is the SWAGMAN (an Australian intinerant worker). "Once a jolly swagman sat beside a billibong" goes the opening lyric from 'Waltzing Matilda".
So, if the Lounge were to suggest Akubra design a SWAGMAN style, how would you want the hat to look? Features? Dimensions? Colors?
Personally, I sort of like the shape and dimensions of the fedora that appears in the Swagman Promenade advertisement featured in the link below...telescope crown, rolled brim maybe 2 1/2" wide.
