Hello, my name is Jarrod Finn. I currently reside in Nashville, TN with a relocation to Louisville, KY coming up here at the end of August. I was born in Cincinnati and grew up around that area and southern Indiana.
My fiance frequents The Fedora Lounge and is constantly showing me amazing things on here, so I thought I would join up and share my findings and obsessions.
I love vintage clothing and I especially love wearing it. My taste ranges from 1930's work wear, to 50's cat daddy style depending on what mood I'm in. I'm currently obsessed with work wear and reproductions. I've always had an eye for fashion and expressed myself with what I wear. I find it hard to connect with most people I come in contact with, so I'm excited to get on here and find some people that share my interests. I don't watch TV or keep up with current events, so I guess you could say I'm in my own little world, which I am president of. I know I am socially retarded, which makes me look like a jerk for the most part. But the truth is, I'm just a tad bit shy.
In the last year, with help from my fiance, I've learned to refine my taste and weed out the stuff that just takes up space. I've been collecting vintage clothes for about 15 years and have accumulated a lot of junk, just because it's vintage. Now I know I have to make room for more fantastic stuff. It works too, one thing in, one thing out. And I tell you, as you may already know, it's out there. I want to share my treasures and learn from people like me. This is what makes me who I am, and I am very happy to be here and get my crazy out there.
