Fascinating. Wish they filmed it again in 45 though... just to see the difference and again today. Also no traffic lights, no traffic cops and people sure liked to cut in front of the trolly!
I noticed that, too. If there was much more traffic, or the trolly was faster, I'll bet there would be some injuries!
Beautiful and haunting. Europe as it once was.
I was surprised at the number of motorcycles with sidecars. Also seeing a lot of little three-wheelers. There were also a lot of carts being pushed or pulled by people and a lot of horse-drawn wagons. I also noticed several bicyclists giving hand signals.
