I NEVER should've bought this but I felt a compulsion to have a LION hat. Well this ain't it!
I need more of a dress than a working weight hat.
3 1/2" raw brim and 7" (6" as now creased) crown, cellulose vapor barrier, no sweat or wear or bugs evident. Spot- on 7 3/8.
Just looking for what I got into it. It's a great, old real deal CB hat in superior condition and tuff as nails, Akubra tuff.. But I am too far east of the Mississippi, I fear, to make this work.
I know nothing of the St. Louis company other that it ended up as Beaver Brand hats before bankruptcy a few years back.
