looking for a specific style hat...not sure of the name

i saw a cervo brand hat, it was said to be 8 panels, 1/4. I am not sure exactly what that means, not a hat educated man. it was a cross between a newsboy and an ivy cap.
it was wool and acrylic blend, cost was 108, seems quite high.
i want a similar cap, any higher end brand, that is higher quality. recommendations?

8 panels just means that the main part of the hat is made up of err.....8 sewn panels or parts.
Have you looked at tweed flat caps ?
