The classic which is not a classic. But it's what the tourists believe is a classic. Clam chowder in a bread bowl. Nobody wastes food like that at home.

Yes. We do eat clam chowder. Clams are local. We eat our soup in a bowl.

The bread, is either on the side for dipping, or part of a sandwich.

Today, it was clam chowder. Open face sandwich. The celery, carrot, onion, and potatoes came out of my yard. I baked the bread and made the lunch meat. The cheese came from a supermarket, wrapped in plastic.
