    NAKED AND FAMOUS DENIM SHIRT!

Made from Japanese denim. And featuring ducks!

    Tagged M. Measurements:

    Chest: 21 1/2
    Sleeve: c. 34 1/4
    Length: 28 1/2

Just in case you didn't know Naked and Famous are a premium Canadian denim company that is committed to sourcing the world's best denim and turning it into clothing. Their name pokes fun at larger, more fashionable companies who spend money on celebrity endorsement--"naked and famous" people paid to promote jeans.

Alas, their claim that their jeans are "no nonsense" is undermine by the next claim their website makes--that they travel frequently to Japan to source oddities like glow in the dark denim and raspberry scratch and sniff denim. But as well as the ridiculous they also offer the sublime--their jeans really are fantastic and (considering their quality and the beauty of their fades) not horribly priced.

But in addition to jeans Naked and Famous also offer other denim garments--such as this lovely shirt.

Made in Canada from Japanese denim that's so sturdily soft at first I thought it was very hardy linen this shirt features a lovely duck print, making it perfect for the Fall. (And who doesn't like ducks?) It has two vertical pleats in the back giving it an elegant silhouette. It is in excellent condition.

Asking just $35, or offer, shipped and insured in the USA.

Yes it is so they have good durable denim. I have jeans from them and I really like them.

Is this shirt $35 shipped? Or $35 plus shipping?

My mind is still blown that you actually have a duck posing with this shirt.

If only the shipping would allow it, I'd buy the shirt this instant.

For the record, I don't think the duck comes with the shirt. That would fupped duck if it did though.

Not to shit in this thread... but my experience with N&F denim jeans has been quite the opposite.

I would feel comfortable purchasing something like a shirt from them however.

    Hi, TD,
The shirt immediately made me think of the prevalent style of interior decor of my childhood: American Colonial. I kind of miss it.

My apologies--I've looked for this shirt and I can't find it! It might be that I've "packed it away carefully"*, or else I might have sold it some time ago and forgot this when I bumped the thread! I'll keep looking this week and will be in touch if it turns up! In the meantime, I'm marking it as "no longer available" on the thread!

*Which means it will be discovered by the executors of the estate in about 40 years!

    I HAVE FOUND THE SHIRT!

(It was "packed away carefully" with summer clothing that I'm now starting to list on my Facebook page, WaterhollowTweed.)

I'm contacting members interested in this in the order that they asked about it!

UPDATE! It seems that despite the tag this shirt isn't denim, as it's not a twill weave. I think that my initial suspicion that this is very sturdy linen was correct!
