NEWLY ACQUIRED PORTIS CREST!

I recently acquired this Portis. It's a size 7 1/4 with a 2 5/8" brim. A very nice light grey in color. The crown is 4 1/2" and the grosgrain ribbon is 1' with a matching color brim ribbon. On the sweatband embossed are Portis America's Best Value and the word CREST. I'm assuming that is the style. On the other side it reads Swansback Water Repellent and Cushion Band.
Anyone have any thoughts as to the era for this hat? It fits perfect, and the color is quite nice. The felt is soft and subtle. It's a bit dusty, but I'm working on that. Appreciate any ideas, or information regarding the age of the hat.
