Parkleigh Hats

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about Parkleigh hats. I have stumbled across them, but I couldn't find any previous threads on here on the subject.

I did find a Gimbels ad in a 1929 issue of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette which refers to them, but I would love some more info.

Sorry Yeps, I think I bought the hat that inspired your query. I'd also love some more info! From the old ads (thank you Google!) it looks like Parkleigh was Gimbel's house brand. Now the question is, who made them?

I'll post full report on my Parkleigh when it arrives. Unless someone has one they'd like to share with us before then, it will be the first one on the Lounge!
