Sorry, wasn't notified of of this! Just saw it when Edward quoted it.
But lol no. No coats for me!
That one is pretty far out there.. but check the link as they make some other more traditional styles that might be of interest. But $$$
natural vegtan looks fine as new bone yellow, then it turns pink/ flesh (impossible to combo with any color stay in the sun to tan), then tan (Ok to wear again), then orange tan (pretty hard to match again and it stays like this for awhile its pretty stable in this color) this is when I lose my patient and use oil to darken. into caramel brown (much easier to match)
This is the color I’d want.
Oh, I know. I've been following Backlash for two years now, even posted about it here but got no feedback at the time so I stopped but I love most all their gear. Especially their leather pants which are ALWAYS sold out. . .
They had the most perfect red Perfecto for a long time, too but I see that it's gone now or rather replaced with different style. It was just like Schott, only in the most fantastic red calf ever.
all my natural vegtan, only the wallet is varnished. Jacket is 1.5 yr, wallet almost 4 yrs, wristbands all around 1-3yrs with most wear and exposure to water and direct contact to skin.
That color state is pretty stable, my wallet got into that caramel tan after 1yr stayed in that color for 1-2yrs so far, my jacket since last obenauf treatment is also in this color range and seems pretty stable not picking stain or waterspot as easily.
Hopefully it stays around this mid honey caramel tan for long time, as i dont hurry to get a darkbrown jacket.
Entire Chrome Hearts ensemble.
Stuff you find in StreetView! Cal? Langlitz?
Your stuff looks great. I don't know what's going on with the sleeves of that jacket, but I like it
that chaps do looks cool jizzstain and all...
thanks, I find on jacket with tight cuff, as the entire sleeve is twisting as we we rotate our hand/ forearm, then on the roomier upper sleeve it will form criss crossing crease marks and when the sleeve is at relaxed position it will show this sort of diamond quilted marks on the side of upper sleeve, for me only happened on my jacket with zippered cuff.
That's probably a $250k CH ensemble we're looking at. Personally, I wouldn't wear it even if it was given to me for free. Luckily tastes differ
Are these your Thanksgiving guests? Too cool.
Incidentally, I met this guy when I was in Zurich on a business trip earlier this month. He works a VMC and sold me a Freewheelers Peacoat. Really nice fellow, and the shop is heaven on earth for folks like us! Below a picture of the Western/Harness Boot section only. You can imagine that they are REALLY well stocked in every aspect...
I need to go there!
That's Ralph Lauren purple label. I love it and I want one.
I love the look of this HH Highwayman (there is a hole in the shoulder so not really a find or deal)
