That was fantastic. It looked about as real as real can look. :eusa_clap

That can't have been too hard to do really, most of the shots are from Secret of the Incas, which everyone knows was one of, if not the, main influences on the whole Indy schtick. His hat was a classic Aussie digger's hat as well apparently, a nice early check for us there!

That was a lot of fun.
Good to see some clips from Secret of the Incas (now if only it would be released on DVD.)

    Sincerely,
    The Wolf

    Brilliant!

Too bad Secret of the Incas isn't available -- I've never seen it.

If you don't mind clicking on the next part every 10 minutes, the whole thing's available on YouTube (because it is now considered public domain):

I found a cheap dvd on ebay. It just starts when the disc is inserted, and cuts to an end, no menu or anything

    Thanks for posting that clip/homage.

I always thought Chuck would have been a great choice as Henry Sr. He somewhat resembled Ford, and he had the right accent. He would have been only 57 when Raiders was filmed.

I think the last scene in that clip ("where's my hat") is from "The Greatest Show on Earth," another movie in which Chuck dons fedora and leather jacket.

Well, I just watched the actual movie, and I feel like the people responsible for making it owe me about a hundred minutes of my life back.

Now that was fun to watch!

Heston was the man back in the day and the great part about it is... He still is, everytime you watch his movies!

    "He's handy with his lips!"

Now there's a quote worth stealing!
