Thought some of you might be interested in this beautiful Purple Label jacket. Very classic and versatile in both its fabric and styling.
The jacket is in superb condition and was sparingly worn. There are a few very minor 'flecks' in the jacket fabric, but this is more of a characteristic of the silk fabric and is barely noticeable.
- Made in England (by Chester Barrie)
- Canvassed construction with moderately padded shoulders for a clean look
- Medium weight 50% silk, 50% cashmere fabric - absolutely incredible to the touch
- Wide lapel with functional boutonnière and hand sewn flower loop behind the lapel
- Bold brown/grey Prince of Wales check with a subtle overcheck
- 3 roll 2 button configuration with a lower stance for a classic look
- High armholes for good ease of movement
- Twin flapped pockets
- Navy lining
- 4 black button non-functional sleeve cuffs for easier shortening/lengthening
Measurements: tagged 40R. Approximately in inches, this jacket measures:
- Pit to pit 21.25
- Across the shoulders 19.25
- Waist across fastened middle button 20
- Sleeve length from shoulder 25.5
- Back length (base of collar to hem) 31 inches
