Schott Per22 bufflo leather on sale for $650

Any one saw the sale on Schott? Any one has experience with bufflo leather compared to cow or steer hide? $650 looks very attractive

Leather looks like (Asian) Water Buffalo and not the American Bison. But 650 is decent price. Perfecto range fits smaller.

Anyone have experience with the earlier Scott Per2? There is a new with tag one on eBay. Look very dual/ nothing like new leather to me . Was the leather good? Thanks

This Per22 has a lot of cool things : light beautiful lining, inconspicuous hardware, slim sleeves without underarm football, smooth mate leather... very cool at this price.

If shipping, taxe, duties and other charges were not so crazy when buying from EU, I would be all other it.

Even with that (thinking back to my own EU days), isn't it still cheaper than the cheapest Perfectos are in Europe?

@Kfz you can contact Schott to ask for a measurements sheet for the PER2 if you need one. They keep them around even for discontinued models.

@Aloysius, yes it's still chipper but not by much. At around 920€/940€ after shipping, taxes and duties, it's no longer a deal...
