This is made by TONAK in the Czech Republic. They were JHS up to end of WWII. I think for the price they make a nice hat (btw these prices seem high). They are pretty much the only company making these type of long hair finishes today. If possible I would go vintage with Homburgs. The brim and binding work today just doesn't match vintage (early 1960s at the latest).

Vintage Homburgs are plentiful but finding one in a long hair finish would be very difficult.
