Shoe Suggestion

I am going to Chicago in two weeks.
It just dawned on me that living in Florida,
I have no cold weather shoes.

I am looking for suggestions for some type
of boot/shoe that will keep my feet warm
and dry and look good with a tweed blazer,
jeans and cords and full length DB overcoat.

And as if that's not enough to wish for,
I'm also on a tight budget.

Anyone?

I suggest an ankle boot or a chukka boot. Either would be good with jeans or cords and be helpful in rain or snow.
