Beautiful! It's a rich looking gun!
I suspect there is a lot of history there in the last 129 years! Too bad they can't talk
My two favorite handguns in their corresponding presentation cases; the S&W Model 29 and Walther PPK! Both have been made famous on the silver screen, in Dirty Harry and James Bond. They are equally great in real life!
1904 Colt 44-40, with original ivory, that I have been shooting recently. Top right is a 15 yard group from this gun. And I own the flyer, it wasn't the gun.
Pretty good I think coming out of that ratty looking, original 117 year old, black powder etched, bore
Gentlemen, you have three guns that define beauty and performance.
Just one rifle...a Marlin 22 Carbine semi auto that I bought new in 1968. It's dispatched everything of need for the past 50+ years. Still has the original scope on it too.
I just got this beautiful nonfiring Denix M1 Carbine today!
The art of Paul Persinger. May be the best ivory carver working with firearms that America has seen in any Generation.
That is a handsome acquisition!
And Yahoody, those grips....Wow!
I don't have a picture.....last week I gave my Daisy pump action BB gun to a friend to gift his 11 year old. A few days afterwards our Federal gov't included BB guns on the list of those 'weapons' to be made illegal. I am not making this up.
@belfastboy Good on you for your gift! And our current "leaders" here in the US aren't much smarter...
I forgot to mention the BB gun was 60 years old. It was a birthday gift for my 11th birthday.
