Solve mystery: fine creek leathers richard tag

I just picked up a new FCT jacket , I'm lovin it.


Thing I was wondering this is the first time I see fcl jacket with a "overseas" tag instead of the jacket number "42"


Anyone who can shed some light?

Thanks! From what I see all tagged overseas are 1.3mm shinki

Overseas dealers orders them with different spec (size and leather) than Japanese dealers. As long as it fits then you're good to go.
