Post a video or link to your favorite Christmas songs.

One of my favorite versions of this song.
Harry James and Marion Morgan, White Christmas.

I've been looking every year around the internet for this album, and finally I found it. I have an old 10 inch non HiFi LP from about 1950 that I inherited from my grandmother. It's called Songs at Christmastide, by the Ilford Girls Choir. Ilford is a very poor, and in those days downright slummy, from what I've read, area in the east of London. Technically it's actually in Kent. Whatever. Being so exposed, it suffered extremely heavy bombing during the war. Somebody started this group either before or during the war. They are all "single girls" ages 15 to 23. The sound isn't great, but they sing like angels.

I often wonder whatever became of these girls. Somebody told me that one of them became a TV presenter in the north of England, but is probably long retired by now.
Edit: Drat! The link only lists the songs. They're not playable or downloadable. I guess I'll have to do something about that.

Favortie songs are tough. I do like the original, instrumental version of leigh Ride. How about "voices of Christmas"?

To me, Bing Crosby and Johnny Mathis will always be the voices I think of.

Sorry, one must stick to the classics. You can't have a christmas without Bing Crosby voice.
