I thought the vanson was getting the collar treatment?

No, last minute change of heart. Alan has my Cal for a natural mouton snap on collar now.

Alan also told me he’s getting some exclusive SUPER heavy CXL hides very soon. If there’s something of mine you’ve seen that you fancy...don’t be shy. Might just burn down the forest and plant something new.

Would you happen to have a wool plaid jacket perhaps? ;)

I hope to find a Schott Blackwatch Harris Tweed jacket someday!

Man, that’s the Vanson I want, rather than the Thunderbird that I bought (for sale currently). If I could move that one, I’d be all over this......

Vanson is sold but don’t miss your chance to write a few tickets and twirl a baton. Sausage and peepers not included.

He’s got some heavy stuff! Exclusive to JL I believe and the colors sound really interesting. I’m at the drawing board. Need one last hit.

hey man, small world! I just bought the Taylor on ebay. Wish I had seen this ad prior, I'd have just reached out directly. Jacket looks insanely cool though and i'm hoping the sleeves are long enough. I'm 6'3" and a 42" chest

It is cool but I’m worried the sleeves will be too short. 6’3” is 4” taller than me! That said I have a 46” chest so maybe some of the width/length will have an impact. Shipped out today. You’ll have it soon!

Enjoy that Taylor - I bought one 'by accident' on eBay a year or so ago, it's a cracking example of that style. Mine doesn't have the furry collar, though.

They really are hidden gems. Particularly the leather tag, early ones. That CPD far outweighs my CAL. Leather is surprisingly nice, stiff and thick. Purpose built for sure.
