Bob, just looking at your site: the Georgetown bash is *lovely*, but doesn't seem to be available on the cheaper hats. Is that because it needs to be done in the States? (I love that it has no sharp edges -- looks like soft felt, almost.)

Yes thats a USA block. The block style is" hand shaped" so no sharp edges...
