I’ve seen some LW with weird sleeves but none of them are as bad as those Japanese sleeves that are tight in the upper arm.

When I first got into this, I thought those tight sleeves were the way to go. But I quickly realized what a mistake that was.

I think that LW Leathertogs B / Buco J-31 pattern fits horribly in general. I haven’t seen one on a person that fits nicely.

I adamantly disagree… you must have a very different opinion on fit from the norm to make a statement like that. Maybe you think the style is too out there or something…

Well on top of that the Leathertogs B and Buco J-31 fit completely differently.

Buco J-31 basically is a standard Buco body with those decorative buttons.

Wow, that wildfang is a beast! I’d like to’ have a jacket like that, but i’m 1/10 (or less ahahah) of momoa so i think that it’s impossible to fit such a jacket.

He's a big boy but in the right size I don't see why it wouldn't fit a smaller frame.

Anyone know what jacket Jason Momoa is wearing here?


It’s clearly not a straight CHP repro, but it kinda feels like a high-end or fashion-y interpretation of a California Highway Patrol (Cal Leathers-style) jacket.
The details are different, but it has that same overall design language — short body, boxy fit, wide lapels, that tough-but-tailored vibe.


Any clue what model or maker this might be?

I think that’s the YK-06 by Y’2. Carlos was pretty spot on with German inspired and made in Japan.

I am not sure if you realise... but the Leathertogs and Buco 31 are very different patterns. I wouldn't lump them together when talking about fit.
