I agree. I've read more than a few negative comments about ball caps here on The Lounge over the years, and I get the impression that some members wouldn't want to be caught dead wearing a ball cap. But I think they do have their uses outside of a sporting event, and this is a good example. Why risk a better/more valuable cap if you have a ball cap or two that will do the job just as well?...This mornings chainsaw efforts found me wearing a ball cap. Hard effort and lots of perspiration later I was done. I would have really worn a cap. The ball cap was the appropriate tool.

Very nice. I've been able to wear this Harris Tweed Newsboy in the morning quite often.Cordova (Fox Brothers Gun Club Tweed)cap got the nod for head time this evening. It has cooled down into the mid 60'f (15.5'C) and a Fox Brothers Gun Club Tweed cap is comfy.
