what do you call ski sweaters without cuffs?

As the title asks, is there a dedicated name for sweaters that don't have any cuffs? The knit stays exactly the same throughout the sleeves and body. No accents or stylizing at the wrists or waist. I do remember them having a different knit for the collar. I remember seeing sweaters at ski resorts like this. They were tight knit and form-fitting. Seems like a lot of them were red with stripes going from shoulders to wrists, but I'm sure they came in all designs. Anyone familiar with these? I looked on ebay and didn't see anything, but maybe I don't know how to accurately search for them.

I know what you're talking about.

I have seen it being called an "open cuff".
