I'd go for delivery like that any day of the week, or better: every day of the week! It's no way to treat hats, but I find it extremely satisfying bringing them back to life if they are like this.

Just an FYI for anyone who might be thinking of ordering from Tienda Hat--don't. Here's the hat I ordered from them on November 20th:
And the hat I finally received from them today:
Completely wrong hat, AND it's a size too small. I've already contacted them to request a full refund, but I'm guessing I'll hear only the wind blowing through my empty head as a response.
EDIT - December 8, 2022: This is the response I received from Tienda Hat yesterday: "Dear customer, may be our orders are too much, when shipping packers took the wrong size, very sorry, return postage is also a considerable expense, if you do not mind, accept our hat, do not apply for a refund, we give you compensation for 15 dollars you see okay? Again, our apologies! Wish you a good day!"
More than I expected, but far from acceptable so I've filed a dispute with PayPal and we'll see what happens.

A plus too, for me, that it was sold in a top notch hat establishment in Denmark's 3rd largest town.
