The day turned out to be spectacular, almost 70 here in March. Cranked up the BBQ and torched a New York Strip. To make the experience feel correct, the Hemp Stratoliner special edition. Not totally in love with the brim profile yet, it needs steam and some love. The brim is a full 2 3/4" so there is something to work with.
Damn Bowen, this is one of the best hats you have graced us with. Impressive.
Lovely color and ribbon. Nice Richard.
Wow! the features on that Adam are so cool. Love the ribbon color and that brim binding is super.
By the time I got home to take pictures, the sun was out big time. It really shows the finish on this Dobbs. Color is much darker inside.
Ecuyer & Thomas "Diplomatique" worn before the great rain
It is an unusual color homburg. It is ripe red cherry
The shapes are the imposing ones of this type of hat made before the Second World War
The felt is very thin and malleable, finished very well. The sweatbandis very thin and light
There is no lining, just a tip with the brand. Not even a paper label
The hat arrives new and never used by a leftover stock of the A. Meer hats shop in Strasbourg.
Thanks for your likes of the past few days, I have not responded adequately to a home computer failure.

Borsalino in navy this morning.
Unbelievably lovely hat. Unusual color, indeed.
It's going to be hard for any other one to beat that out for HOTD (in my mind, anyway).
Funkytown is a better place today with that hat gracing its streets.
Pilgrim for the drizzly pilgrimage to begin the work week.

That color is stupendous Daniele. It is so nice that the little liner logo is in such good shape. A pleasure to behold.
Love the Demon Jim. Have we looked into the Hoyt Hat Co.? Hmmmmm?
Great looking Navy Bob, always like to see this one.
Way to start off the week Matt. Classic look today.
