Beaver Brand American Legend series pecan homburg with a two ply ribbon. Been a long time since this has been out of the box. Steamed out a couple wrinkles this morning.

Love this hat...I’ve saved one of their gambler hats on Etsy to order thinking about the riverside or Estrada. Can’t wait to order ...it will be only my second hat with pencil roll.

Acorn Stylemaster re-creased with a telescope/pork-pie was my hat of choice for today.

It’s amazing how the flash can affect the color of felt and the pictures overall. The two photos were taken back to back with and without the flash.

ever notice the grass starts to grow in the flower beds before it grows in the yard where it belongs. It’s like it didn’t get the memo.

[The Shoe]

First straw for the year...briefly. The weather gods decided to ignore the forecast, so not long after going out to do some shopping did the rain come down and the Knox raffia come off. The same went for Etsuko’s Panama (sorry, no photos).

The good news is that I’ve removed the sling and have regained quite a bit of movement in my arm. Still a bit painful at times, but getting there.
