Looks great! (and maybe a mirror on my biking days, knife proof.)
@Mrfrown In honouring the departure of your Bates, which I believe fits you perfectly, today I'm wearing mine.
You can actually see the Kona Wind blowing your beard "North" in the last photo!!!
Looks great per usual
Fit was the smaller part of it for me, although yes I did feel that it was a little short on the front and sleeves and it was starting to get uncomfortably tight across the shoulders. Still, that was just the tipping point for me. I love the jacket from the front but really didn't like the stiff kidney panel. I had considered a while back having it removed but felt like it would be a risky surgery, and something ineffable might very well be lost if I did it.
I trust you will keep this one out of the Surf. Looks great.
Just posted on the Monarchs. They made high end outwear of the Day.
thanks, it's not as richly colored as your cordovan coat though.
thanks, the tumbled brown and black versions I see always look good
i prefer veg tanned leather but always liked CXL and this one is the best CXL I've handled personally. the shell is rather soft already but they used a thicker panel for the sleeves which I appreciate greatly.
FL brown aniline
Love that bash.
That is a suit of armor.
I actually took the Bates today to my local leather tailor for the same reason - Stiff kidney panel removal and cutting the tail off it to make the jacket shorter at the back - but being smarter than I am, he advised me not to ruin a perfectly good jacket with a very functional feature & I have to admit it's been keeping my back warm this winter.
Besides, doing this would literally turn it into I dunno, Excelled. I mean, it's a much more quality jacket but they all look the same.
Same jacket, different shades of black
Must be from the time before you changed your name to HH121, the power of a name...
That is so very cool! Love your view on this design. Nice!
This Himel Heron really is a comfortable weight and design for the stormy weather we are having lately. But when it rains like this I get all dressed up with no where to go.
thank you for your compliment, I love that jacket, basically my only denim jacket I don't sew patches on.
What's the brand? Where is it made?
Holy smackeroons, some amazing jackets today!
Thanks, it's fivestar from Pakistan.
Saturday - 5* Cossack. I love the way this jacket looks but will probably be moving it on when I get around to it as it's just a bit too tight in the shoulders and arms.
Today - Johnson Leathers M200 custom
My new Thedi custom order. I have been wearing it everyday since I received it about a week ago, very happily I might add!
