People give them different names but to me its a 1960's tweed car coat. Here's a similar English one.

I like tweed very much!!

I got a Tweedcoat "Made in Bulgaria" with excellent build-quality since last winter and would never sell it! Real beautiful, lightweight and warming!

It reminds me of a tweed 'half-Norfolk' jacket that I once owned.

To me, I'd say a driving coat ….

Edwardian era Tweed Shooting jacket ? Broadly similar clothes are still made today for the huntin' and shootin' fraternity.
