What type of glue to attach a tip liner on a Milan?

What type of glue should I use to reattach the little round Stetson tip liner to the inside crown of a vintage Milan straw hat? I'll of course be careful to just use a drop or two to tack it in place; don't want to damage or discolor the natural straw!
