After ten days Spanish/Mediterranean diet with loads of peppers, onions, olives, fish and tons of garlic, all washed down with Fino, Blanco and Tinto it’s just dark German rolls with a little Fleischwurst and some Bavarian dark Bock.
I bought two huge racks of pork back ribs from Costco with a $10 off coupon. Tonight I broast the second rack along with skillet jalapeno corn bread and a side of green beans. Our weather is still unseasonably cold (even for us) so the upside is having the oven on for an extended period is not a problem. Hopefully that will end soon and I can move some cooking outside to the grill.
