why we love those old Christmas songs...

    because the orchestrations (at least most) are usually really great, and they are just so much FUN to sing!

    Was just listening and singing along to O Holy Night as sung by Il Divo, and I love hitting that high note- albeit its a little bit of a vocal stretch for me, but yeah I can still nail it!

    Wishing a Merry Christmas to all here.

    Now go dig out those Christmas song records/CDs/ancient cassette tapes whatever you got, and enjoy them!

    I just bought two Xmas compilations: Rosemary Clooney, and Bing Crosby/Andrews Sisters. NOW it feels darned Xmasy around here!

    1. I love the message.

    2. I sang them in school programs before they became un-PC.
