Aero Windward is here at last.

FQHH with Alpaca lining, absolutely wonderful thing!

    Fits beautifully.

The original order was for HH however, when it was due to go into production Aero were struggling to get some from Horween so decided to go for SH which they had in stock.

Jacket has a FQHH label in so some must have just arrived in time.

Beautiful iteration of a classic style.
Love to see more detailed pics especially in the sun.
    The collar is fantastic!

Update on the info on the label having mailed back and forth with Chloe.

As said elsewhere my original order was for CXLHH however, at the time the jacket was to go into production Horween weren't overly sure when they'd get some HH out of the door with all the disruptions with the lurgy and furlough etc, etc.

Aero had CXLSH in stock so asked them to go ahead and make the jacket with that. Apparently the lining had already been made c/w a HH label and on QC inspection that wasn't picked up on....no biggie.

Chloe offered to get the label changed if I was ever passing or even get the jacket collected from me and get it changed.....tbh, great customer service. Told her the label was of no real concern to me, it could even say 'Top Grade Alsatian' as it was the jacket and the fit that I was interested in more than a label. Talking of the jacket, hasn't been off my back (even sleeping in it) since getting it and the fit keeps getting better. It's easier to move in and it's becoming more flexible, creases in the sleeves etc are starting to develop very nicely!

Have said a few times since dealing with Aero that the comms and customer service are exemplary which is sadly a rarity these days.

My Sheene is being made this week so that should soon be on its way to me

Very nice. I have not seen an Aero Windward in these pages for some time. There was a fellow here who had several, but he has not been seen recently.

    You wear it well!
