I prefer my CR body length to stop at bottom of the belt. Thiis is about 1" below that. Think its worth having it altered?

Concerns with alteration:
1. Cost
2. Thread/stitch pattern/quality of alteration not match or as good as original.

Don't alter it; sell it and have one made to your specs. I think it looks great as is but obviously if you're not happy with it, you should move it on.

The zipper is at the right spot though. I would keep it as is

Yes i think having it altered would not be wise...

This jacket fits me very well... just a bit longer than i prefer in body. But... i think i tend to obsess over the smallest things sometimes...

I can see that this jacket will develop some nice grain with wear. Its very comfortable to wear for sure as its mid wt

I too prefer the length you prefer. On the one jacket I own with the zipper stop raised an inch or so, like this one, the jacket ends lower than I like... and gets less wear than my other jackets. But I keep it because it is a very nice jacket, like this one. It does fit great and looks good on you.

that is perfect length, it totally doesnt need altering in my opinion, it nullify the point of double ended zip when the length fits just perfect like that. if you have it shorter then the less weight of the free hanging material would make it juts forward too much because your belt buckle will force it to.

As everyone has said before, the length is perfect.

This is J-100 inspired, which is supposed to be longer than a "regular" cafe racer. That's why the zipper starts 3 or 4" from the bottom.
